Meet the Founder
Jennifer La Rocca, Founder & Managing Partner
Jennifer La Rocca is a Panamanian-American strategist and trusted advisor with over 16 years of experience bridging business, government, and diplomacy across the Americas. She combines deep policy insight with a practical, results-driven approach to help clients navigate complex regulatory, political, and market landscapes.
A former government insider and senior corporate executive, Jennifer has served in three Panamanian administrations as Director of International Affairs for the Presidency, Policy Advisor to the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and Honorary Consul of Panama in Miami. In these roles, she advanced strategic partnerships, investment promotion, and high-level engagement with U.S. and regional counterparts.
In the private sector, she has led public affairs, government relations, and market-entry strategies for multinational firms in the energy, pharmaceutical, and financial sectors—delivering results through informed advocacy, strategic positioning, and stakeholder alignment.
Jennifer holds a Master of Public Administration from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s in Communications from Loyola University. Today, through LRG Strategy Group, she leverages her network and policy expertise to advise corporations, investors, and governments seeking to build trust, unlock opportunities, and drive impact across Latin America and the Caribbean.
